As time goes by, change inevitably gets chosen or forced upon everyone. A recent series of events seems to be a combination of the two. At the end of April, I received an email from a faculty member at BYU suggesting that a design firm in Salt Lake needed a new designer or an intern. I responded to the email, thinking it would be great to get some freelance work. A week later I interviewed with the small design firm, Hint Creative. We hit it off pretty well. I was asked to work on a couple small freelance projects to test the waters and see if I was worth hiring full-time. Both projects went off swimmingly.

This post is the result of an offer I received two days ago to join Hint as a full-time designer. I have accepted the offer and it looks like this change will be a good one. Wish me luck.
