After a very long (and somewhat rainy) day, my back is tired and my eyes can barely be kept open. Here’s the latest version of Daphne. I’m starting to lose track of all the glyphs, but I think it’s somewhere around 650. Anyway, the end of the tunnel is near. Enjoy.

I am no typface expert, but I know what I like. I really like your treatment of the letters in my name. How’s that for vanity?
Will Daphne become available on the marketplace?
Everybody’s due a little vanity every once in a while. Glad you like it.
As for available on the marketplace, that’s the plan, even if I end up selling it independently rather than getting distribution through an established foundry. Of course, I’ve still got lots of work to get it really polished.
Great font. When and why did the name change?
About a month ago, I decided that Marua was too difficult to remember and say. Plus my original idea of what “Marua” was supposed to be, didn’t really match with what actually happened. I suppose it’s like naming a child, you have to see it before you can really decide if it’s a good name. Daphne seems to fit better and it’s more marketable. Plus there’s a whole side of the name conceptually that I really like. Look up the story of Apollo and Daphne, it’s kinda cool.
