Yesterday began a major overhaul of my portfolio. Michelle Stuhl, a top head-hunter from New York will be visiting with the seniors in the graphic design program next Friday. Every year she makes a contribution to the scholarship program and has placed several BYU graduates in high profile design positions. I’m excited to have her as a contact. We’ll see what happens with the work. This semester keeps getting busier and busier.
This week has brought two new additions to the household. Mira and The Boy (yet to be named) are sugar gliders and happen to be the cutest little animals ever. Austin and I adopted them from a friend who couldn’t take care of them. Just thought I’d post a couple pictures.
Seems a brutal title for a new post, but the inspiration was drawn from a comment on the previous post.
As the semester has already started, my time gets spread pretty thin. I’m registered for 17 credits (which, in the Graphic Design program, equates more closely to 20) in my last semester. So far the load has live up to its reputation. I’ve had an average of four hours sleep each night, which I suspect will be the trend for the remainder of the semester.
Updates to the blog and website will most likely have their attention levels at a deficit, but I will try to keep things as updated as possible.
